To all those that purchased Advanced Tickets:
We are all ready to go with the batch refunds to advance ticket purchasers but unfortunately the integration with our payment services provider was not configured to process such a large number of refunds under these extenuating circumstances. They are working on implementing the necessary upgrades and we will tell everyone as soon as they are ready. All advance ticket receipts are kept in a separate bank account, normally until the event is over, so the money is immediately available as soon as the technical integration is complete.
