Badminton and Event Mobility Competition Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of the 2017 Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials Event Mobility ticket bundle competition
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter of the competition is: Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials (Badminton) whose registered office is at Badminton Horse Trials Office, Badminton, S. Glos., GL9 1DF, United Kingdom.
Competition entry process
An entry has been made to the competition when the entrant has correctly answered the competition question and provided the information in the fields required.
The competition will close at midday 10 April 2017; entries will not be accepted to the competition after this point.
Competition entry terms
There is only one winner of the competition bundle.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
To enter this competition, you may be any age but you must be based in the UK; for those under 18 please send us your parent/guardian’s contact details in place of your own.
The winners name will be drawn at random from the list of entrants who have correctly answered the competition question.
The winner will be contacted by email on 11th April 2017 for their postal address for the competition organiser to send the competition bundle on to.
The winner of the competition will receive a Season car pass together with two personal admission tickets which will be valid for all five days of the 2017 Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials (3-7 May); please note children 12 and under do not have to pay for admission. They will also receive a Badminton Polo Shirt from the 2017 Joules Official Badminton Collection Range. The size of the shirt can be selected by the winner – they will then receive it in the post before 1 May.
The Badminton Season Car pass is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The Joules Badminton Collection tshirt is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The tour of the Stables at Badminton on Friday 5th May 2017 will be arranged with the competition winner at a time to suit the organisers of the competition. This tour is limited to two persons only.
The prizes shall be awarded at the discretion of Badminton and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
Badminton’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Other than where such liability cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition or as a result of accepting the prize.
Privacy: Any personal data submitted by competition entrants will be used only by Badminton for administrative purposes and will not be disclosed to a third party.
