Badminton 2020 Cancellation

Am I eligible for a refund for my Badminton tickets?
Yes all tickets pre-purchased direct from the Badminton Box Office are eligible for a refund.

How do I apply for a refund?
You do not need to apply for a refund. All refunds will happen automatically with the money going back to the card used when making the purchase.

When will the refunds take place?
All refunds will be completed within 21 days.

Can I carry my tickets forward to the 2021 event?
Existing tickets cannot be carried forward. All tickets for the 2021 event will need to be purchased. Details of the Box Office opening dates will be detailed in the November Newsletter.

 What happens if I want the donation I made to the British Equestrian Fund also refunded?
Please contact the Badminton Box Office by the 30th April 2020 via boxoffice@badminton-horse.co.uk who will be able to refund the donation that you made.

What do I do if I purchased tickets for the Badminton Retreat or Badminton Lakeside?
Please contact the relevant providers direct. www.badmintonretreat.co.uk or www.badmintonlakeside.co.uk

What happens if I purchased tickets using a gift voucher?
As the 2020 event has been cancelled the gift voucher will be validated to purchase tickets for the 2021 event.  Alternatively, a refund can be offered to the purchaser of the voucher, please ask them to contact the Badminton Box Office via boxoffice@badminton-horse.co.uk to advise of this.

What happens if I purchased tickets using a gift voucher and an additional payment?
If when you redeemed the voucher an additional payment was made, the additional amount will be refunded automatically back on to the card used when making the purchase.  As the 2020 event has been cancelled the gift voucher will be validated to purchase tickets for the 2021 event.

Can I use my 2020 voucher to purchase tickets for the 2021 event?
2020 vouchers will be valid to purchase tickets for the 2021 event.  Further vouchers will also be available to purchase on the website from the 1st April 2020.

I have purchased a Campsite pitch. Am I able to reserve the same pitch for the 2021 event?
We are sadly not able to reserve the same pitches for the 2021 event. All pitches will need to be rebooked.

You do not need to apply for a refund. All refunds will happen automatically with the money going back to the card used when making the purchase.
