AA BREAKDOWN SERVICE

Will assist in the main car parks.  Please telephone AA Festival Helpline 0800 072 3642.

BANKS

Thomas Cook cash, banking and bureau facility is on the west side of the showground (Stand 101) and on the east side (Stand 260).

Mark Todd Collection Big Screens

Are at the Pig & Whistle, at the southern (House) end of the Tradestand Village, near the Lake and in the Main Arena (this latter not on Monday).  CCTV pictures of the live action will be shown everyday.

BOOKMAKER

Neil Astor operates from a pitch at the Scoreboard.

CAR PARKING

Gates will open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8am. On Saturday, cross country day, the gates will open from 7am – you are advised to arrive early. On Sunday the gates will open at 7.30 a.m. Car Parking instructions will be sent with tickets. Follow AA signage to Event.

CATERING & BARS

The Crown Pavilions Members Enclosure offers a full range of catering and bars throughout each day alongside the main Arena – see Membership for more information.. The Pig & Whistle near the Big Screen is a pub with full bar service and adjoining numerous fast food concessions. The Outside Chance is a Lakeside Bar offering light snacks and a selection of drinks. There are further fast food and ice cream outlets throughout the site, several with extensive covered seating areas and there are more groups of food concessionaires all around the cross country course on Sunday. Relish, the Event Caterers, will have a delicatessan near the Scoreboard. See Catering & Bars for more information.

DISABLED

Toilets are available in front of the Disabled Car Park behind the West Stand,;near the Rural Crafts Marquee; east of the Collecting Ring; behind the Red Cross; and in the Luckington Lane Car Park. DOG CRECHE

A Dog Creche will be manned by the Langford Trust and will look after dogs for a maximum of 2 hours at a time.

 DOGS

Must be kept on a lead at all times and may not be taken into the Main Arena Grandstands, Crown Pavilions Members Enclosure or any Restaurant.  The RSPCA stand will assist with any sick, injured or distressed dogs. Do not leave a dog shut in a car at any time (the RSPCA have authority to remove it, breaking in if necessary).

FIRST AID


First Aid is available at the Red Cross tent – near the Event Organiser’s Office and also at First Aid Points on the Cross Country Course on the Saturday.

A Grocery Shop and Post Office is available in Badminton Village.


LOST PEOPLE

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday – lost people should be taken to the Event Organisers Office.  On Saturday, if you are lost or have lost someone else go to the Lost People Tent after the Cross Country finishes.

LOST PROPERTY

Any lost property should be taken to the Event Organiser’s Office on the Showground. If you have lost anything telephone the Horse Trials Office after the Event and we will see if it has been handed in. Tel: 01454 218272.

MOTHER & BABY UNIT

This is situated near the Red Cross and will provide a baby changing facility and a small area for breastfeeding.

PROGRAMMES

will be available from Programme Kiosks on the Showground.

RADIO BADMINTON 

Will be broadcast throughout the event.. Earpieces can be purchased from sellers around the showground and in advance from our Box Office.

SATNAV

we do not recommend using SatNav as it is not set up to allow for our traffic management – please follow AA signage to Event.

SHOP & DROP

A drop off point for shopping will be available near the Red Cross. This will be manned from 10 am – 5.00 p.m.(While every care will be taken, no responsibility can be accepted by the Organisers for any loss or damage)

SHOPPING VILLAGE

The Shopping Village is open:

Wednesday 10am – 6pm
Thursday and Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 7pm
Sunday 9am – 4pm

SHOW JUMPING

It is necessary to purchase Grandstand Seats to watch the Show Jumping in the Main Arena – contact the Box Office for more details.

SPECTATOR TRANSPORT SERVICE

Will operate on Saturday only from Cape Farm Car Park and on all days from the Charcoal Clump entrance opposite the Slaits.

TOILETS

Toilet facilities will be provided throughout the showground.

WASTE

Wherever possible waste is recycled. Please assist by using the marked bins.
