Biography
British-based New Zealander Tayla Mason and Centennial finished 19th on their Badminton debut last year and went on to be placed eighth at the Elkton/Maryland CCI5*-L in the USA. They have also completed Pau CCI5*-L twice, in 2024 and 2021.
Centennial is a New Zealand warmblood bred by Tayla’s mother, Sonya, out of her former eventing mare, Made You Look, and Tayla has ridden him throughout his career.
Taylor left New Zealand in 2019, putting her master’s degree on hold, and worked for leading Kiwi eventers Tim and Jonelle Price. She now has her own yard near Marlborough, Wiltshire.
