Big screens /CCTV

There are three “Big Screens” showing live action everyday with a fourth in the Main Arena (start & finish area) on cross-country day. In addition the Closed Circuit TV system has screens in Hospitality Units, the Members Enclosure, Owners & Riders Tent and other similar locations.

A limited number of packages are available, consisting of 5 x 30 second plays per day for four days.

Cost (excluding production):
20 x 30 secs over 4 days – £1500.00 plus VAT

In all cases space availability is strictly limited so early reservation is essential. Advertisers will be invoiced for a 10% non refundable deposit on reservation, the balance being invoiced 1st April 2020 for payment no later than 31st May, with a 10% surcharge for late payment.

Copy deadline is 1st April, 2020.

Souvenir Programme

The Programme incorporates a number of feature articles as well as the detailed listing of horses & riders, site maps, course plans & description, prizes, full details of the competition and listing of all Trade Stands. It includes The Science Supplements Cup and the Dubarry Burghley Young Event Horse.

The print run is 16,000 programmes. A complimentary copy is given to all riders, owners, officials and sponsors. It is sold to the public.

The programme size is A5 in order to be convenient to carry around all day.

Horseware Ireland Radio Badminton

Broadcasting on FM Radio 8.30am—5.30pm, Wednesday (pm) – Sunday of the event, with professional radio journalists and expert equestrians. Full commentary on every dressage test and live coverage of the cross-country and show jumping, with many additional features.

Reception is via earpiece radios purchased by the public or on any other (e.g. car) radio within 7 miles (approx) of the event site. Radio Badminton is also streamed on the internet. In 2019 there were 77,000 total connections with an average of 5,000 unique users per day.
