The Lakeside Pavilions
The Lakeside Pavilions are the perfect location to enjoy all the action at the Horse Trials. Whether entertaining clients or meeting with friends and family, the Lakeside Pavilions can be individually tailored to provide you with everything you need to make your Badminton visit one to truly remember.
Each Pavilion measures 6m x 6m and are marquees positioned alongside the infamous “Badminton Lake” which is the epicentre of all the cross country action on the Saturday.
Our Caterers, Relish, can provide excellent picnics if required – Tel 01285 658444 (Mon – Fri – 10am – 4pm) or you are welcome to provide your own catering.
Each Lakeside Pavilion will be unlined and will have picket fencing around the garden area. It will be provided with a Catering Tent (3m x 3m), Closed-Circuit Television (showing the event action continuously), Electricity (2 x double socket), Wi-Fi and Banner Rail. Additional extras, i.e. Flooring, Furniture etc. can be ordered. Full details and prices available from the Horse Trials Office.
One car pass for the appropriate day(s) will be provided (this pass will also give admission to driver and occupants and will allow the vehicle to be driven to the area of the Lakeside Pavilions – weather permitting).

(Price per day)
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday £1530.00 plus VAT
Saturday (Cross Country Day) £4650.00 plus VAT
Alternatively a Lakeside Pavilion can be booked for all 5 days at a cost of £5485.00 plus VAT
Any additional car passes or admission tickets that are required are not included in the price and these will need to be purchased from the Box Office. See Ticket Information for prices.
