Tradestands Applications General Information
Individual Exhibitor Applications
Badminton Horse Trials currently operates a waiting list system for individual Tradestand space. All potential exhibitors will need to complete and return our Tradestand Enquiry Form, together with any supporting information. All applications must be received by the 1st December 2020, in order to be considered for our 2021 Event.
Please read our Tradestand Policy before making your application and download and complete our Tradestand Enquiry Form, which will need to be returned to us by email or post. All applications will be acknowledged by email to confirm that your details have been added to the waiting list.
The 2020 rate for a site was £53.89 plus VAT per square metre. Badminton Horse Trials can also provide tradespan (at £17.22 plus VAT per square metre or an exhibitor is responsible for providing their own tentage, unit etc. to go on their site. See Exhibitor Example Costs for more details. Please note that these prices refer to 2020 and will be updated in September with the prices for 2021.
Allocations of tradestand space will be made and we will contact you by the end of January 2021 if we are in a position to offer you a site. If you do no not hear from us by mid-February then please assume that your application has been unsuccessful. Applications for 2022 will open on the 1st June 2021.
Exhibiting within a Multi-Exhibitor Pavilion
The Rural Crafts Association, Country Living and Heart of England Craftworkers Guild are likely to have large exhibition marquees here in 2021. They include many different types of crafts and works. These marquees are likely to be oversubscribed, but if you are interested in exhibiting with them please see further details at Multi-Exhibitor Pavilion Applications.
Food & Drink Exhibitor Applications
We do not include individual Food and Drink exhibition sites within our Tradestand area. However, we do have large marquees here that may be able to accommodate you – please see Food & Drink Exhibitors for more details and information.
Existing Exhibitors
All existing exhibitors (i.e. those that were due to have an individual Tradestand with us in 2020) will be sent further details in October with regard to exhibiting in 2021.
