Individual Exhibitor Applications

Applications for Badminton 2027 are now open, please apply here.

The 2026 rate for a site was £74.20 plus VAT per square metre.  Badminton Horse Trials could also provide tradespan (for £35.72 plus VAT per square metre) or an exhibitor is responsible for providing their own tentage, unit etc. to go on their site.   See Exhibitor Example Costs for more details.   Costs for 2027 will be updated in September 2026.

Once your application is submitted you will be added to our waiting list and successful applicants will be contacted in January with further details.

Exhibiting within a Multi-Exhibitor Pavilion
Country Living, Eden Crafts and Heart of England Craftworkers Guild are likely to have large exhibition marquees here in 2026.  They include many different types of crafts and works.  These marquees are likely to be oversubscribed, but if you are interested in exhibiting with them please see further details at Multi-Exhibitor Pavilion Applications.

Food & Drink Exhibitor Applications
We do not include individual Food and Drink exhibition sites within our Tradestand area. However, we do have The World of Food & Drink and the Badminton Food Walk that may be able to accommodate you –  please see Food & Drink Exhibitors for contact details.

Existing Exhibitors
All existing exhibitors (i.e. those that held an individual Tradestand with us in 2026) will be sent further details in November with regard to exhibiting in 2027.
